Hi KIDS! The Gentle Tooth Fairy wants to hear from you! Let her know when you lose your tooth or ask her a question that you have always wanted to know.

All you have to do is fill out the form on this page. However, in order for the Gentle Tooth Fairy to respond directly to you, you MUST have your mom or your dad enter their email address so the tooth fairy can send her note there. So before you hit send, be sure they help you with this part!
